It’s true. I didn’t have a muffin tin for years. I just never made muffins.
I finally bought one and it’s the Muffin Bowl around here. First were Blueberry Muffins - a classic. They were quite good.
Then came the Soysage and Cheese Muffins. These little things are fairly tasty, but totally ugly. I think I can improve them next time.
And this morning - Sour Cream Mini Coffee Cakes, inspired by Anjali.
These are gooood.

Mmmm, I love me some muffins, but don’t get around to making them much! I bought coffee shop muffins three times last week…we both know how unhealthy those are! I would really prefer to make my own and add a sprinkle of ground flaxseed to up its healthiness!
